Once you have feedback from informal engagement or a formal consultation process, you need to digest the responses and decide what to do with them. This workshop helps you make sense of the feedback, with AI helping at each step.
This workshop will help you clarify what you need to know, and what you will do with the answers you receive. We’ll look at different options for using AI to help you make sense of what comes back to you and to reflect the results in your recommendations.
Participation will give you the opportunity to use AI:
People in business, community organisations and councils who want feedback on services or proposals. This includes information gathered in customer surveys, stakeholder meetings and formal submissions. The workshop is tailored to business, community and council projects.
This workshop is hands-on. You will try out prompts on sample content and decide which ones will be useful in your situation, then practise using AI to help you analyse your real-life feedback. You will leave with a clearer, more efficient process for gathering feedback and turning it into recommendations.
I help organisations turn inconsistent, hard-to-track AI use into a shared way of working. Through training and a ready-to-use prompt library, your team develops a clear sense of where AI genuinely helps – and where to steer clear of it.
It’s essential to maintain ownership of your work, and one of the ways I do that is to interweave manual steps between each use of AI.
I also write strategies, policies and plans for councils and not-for-profit organisations across New Zealand. I’ve been doing this work since 2014 via Writing for Councils, and before than I worked at Nelson City Council in resource management and strategic planning roles.
