Writing an asset management plan is a major undertaking. I’ll develop AI prompts tailored to your AMP review process — helping you work through the research, analysis and drafting stages more efficiently while maintaining the quality and consistency your plan needs.
Report writing coaching
Reports are essential for council decision-making. That means knowing how to write great reports is an excellent career move for council staff.
I’ll share my comprehensive set of AI prompts and we’ll work together to develop your report, from issue definition through to the final draft, combining human judgment with AI assistance. You’ll have lifetime access to these prompts.

Have a different project in mind? I work with council staff and consultants on a wide range of documents – strategic plans, consultation documents, policies, bylaws so am well placed to develop prompts for you.
We’ll identify where AI can add value to your particular work, and I’ll develop bespoke prompts and/or tools to help you get there.

The AI prompt writing workshop is also available as a one-to-one session (1 hour). You learn a reliable prompt writing framework and practise applying it to your particular projects.

Can this work with Microsoft Copilot?
Yes. I develop prompts for use in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
Do I need any AI experience to get started?
No. I work with people at all levels, from those who haven’t used AI at all to those who are already making good use of it, but want support for a specific project.
What if my council has restrictions on AI use?
I follow strict confidentiality protocols and use only secure, appropriate AI tools for different risk levels of information. During setup, I’ll share my AI Policy with you, and I’m happy to adapt it to meet your organisation’s requirements.
How much does it cost?
After our discovery session, I’ll develop a proposal with a project fee so it’s clear from the start what we’ll be doing and how much it will cost.
