Upcoming report to advise on adapting to climate change

I hope the upcoming report progresses these options for immediate action (listed in the ministerial briefing on page 13):

• clarifying governance and responsibilities, and exploring options for risk sharing between central and local government and the private sector
• assessing climate change risk nationally
• developing a co-ordinated approach nationally.
