The end of growth does not have to mean the end of prosperity

This no-growth trend has significant implications for New Zealand's regions and many of our councils but it's not all bad news. I'm reading an interesting book called 'Rebooting the Regions' which suggests the end of growth does not have to mean the end of prosperity.
